Description:
Perform a wide variety of imaging exams on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups.
Use a range of radiographic equipment, computers, detectors, and plate readers.
Troubleshoot basic maintenance and participate in quality assurance.
Resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
Make swift and technical decisions to accommodate physical restrictions and pathology.
Holiday and standby call may be required depending on operational needs.
Required skills include various imaging procedures such as abdomen decubitus, chest routine, and trauma cases.
Ability to maintain infection prevention and isolation precautions.
Experience with PACS and various imaging equipment is essential.
All candidates must be willing to float as needed within the organization.
