Schedule consists of 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Every fourth weekend will be required. Experience with Siemens equipment is preferred. Candidates must have an active ARRT and BLS certification. An Ohio license is required and must be obtained prior to starting. Position involves working with portable X-Ray machines. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Candidates must meet all requirements for submission. References from a manager or supervisor in the specialty are required. All necessary certifications must be active with nothing pending. Travelers will undergo an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is essential. Travelers are subject to a drug screening that must include nicotine testing. Candidates cannot have any open background cases. All travelers must be nicotine-free unless exempt. Annual competency requirements apply for continuous contracted candidates. Modules are billable up to a maximum of 4 hours annually. Candidates may extend their contracts up to 18 months, with required breaks after that period. Compliance with all requirements is necessary for continued employment.
