Job Title: X-Ray Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Multi Modality Tech (X-Ray) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: 2 years required License: State license required in-hand prior to start Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS Must-Have: Driver's license must be included with submission. First-timers accepted based on experience. Local candidates accepted. Pending state license not accepted. Knowledge of Meditech is strongly preferred. Description: X-Ray Technician position available for a multi-modality tech. The role involves performing various imaging procedures. Minimum of two years of experience is required. Candidates should possess current ARRT (R) and BLS certifications. The technician will float within the scope to meet facility needs if necessary. Experience in a range of procedures is essential. Candidates should have skills in abdominal decubitus, chest routine, and trauma cases. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively is crucial. Experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Must comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons. Candidate must be able to work with diverse patient age groups, including neonates and geriatrics. Daily census includes an average of 17 patients, utilizing three rooms. Candidates may be required to complete annual modules.
