Shifts are scheduled for three consecutive nights from Friday to Sunday. The position requires floating to other locations within the division as needed based on critical needs. Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. National certifications required include BLS and ARRT certifications. A radiation badge is required and must be provided by the agency. Epic experience is a critical requirement for this position. All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission. Travelers should be aware of hurricane season and potential assignments to emergency response teams during that time. Additional responsibilities may include handling various imaging procedures including biopsies and vascular studies. Candidates must ensure compliance with documentation and pre-start procedures. This role involves working with diverse patient age groups including adolescents, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Unit requires familiarity with Advanced imaging technology and techniques. Traveler may engage in responsibilities requiring skills such as venipuncture and managing patient care in various settings.
