  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Additional Information: Collaborates with physicians and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care from referral to discharge; assists with pre-authorization and scheduling; performs patient evaluations and assessments; orders labs and diagnostic procedures; collaborates on patient and family education; participates in patient rounds and case conferences; updates clinical knowledge through ongoing education; leads process improvements related to wound care; acts as clinical expert for skin and wound reportable events; leads pressure injury prevalence surveys; maintains mandatory education requirements; demonstrates professional responsibility and commitment to quality care; participates in professional growth activities.
