Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; 1-3 years of related work experience preferred; experience with computer systems including web-based applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); Epic electronic medical record experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Additional Information: Collaborates with physicians and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care from referral to discharge; assists with pre-authorization and scheduling; performs patient evaluations and assessments; orders labs and diagnostic procedures; collaborates on patient and family education; participates in patient rounds and case conferences; updates clinical knowledge through ongoing education; leads process improvements related to wound care; acts as clinical expert for skin and wound reportable events; leads pressure injury prevalence surveys; maintains mandatory education requirements; demonstrates professional responsibility and commitment to quality care; participates in professional growth activities.
