Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Registered Vascular Technician to perform noninvasive vascular testing of cerebral, venous, arterial, and visceral systems. The RVT will work closely with physicians to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions while providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform peripheral vascular studies including cerebral, venous, and arterial testing.
  • Obtain patient histories and explain procedures prior to testing.
  • Assess and coordinate inpatient transport to and from testing areas.
  • Provide education and training support to staff, students, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with staff development by identifying educational needs and recommending training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director on research initiatives and publications.
  • Assist with developing departmental policies, procedures, and testing protocols.
  • Evaluate equipment needs and provide recommendations for department purchases.

Ideal Candidate

  • Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) ARDMS credential required.
  • Experience performing noninvasive vascular ultrasound studies.
  • Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Knowledge of vascular laboratory standards and protocols.
