Description

American Traveler is hiring a remote RN for a Utilization Review position requiring CCM/CMCN certification and Epic/Dragonfly experience.

Details

• Remote Utilization Management position working with providers, not just payers
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with every fifth weekend rotation
• EMR used is Epic; UM tool used is Dragonfly
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float and possibly to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the main facility

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• CCM or CMCN certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in utilization management required
• Experience working with providers (not solely payers) required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Dragonfly UM tool experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Must be computer literate with experience working remotely
• Degree accreditation verification required, or 5 years of experience in lieu of verification
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing

Additional Information

• Perform utilization review and case management duties remotely
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of residency and property ownership
• Candidates must be prepared to secure full-time housing in the area if commuting from outside the region
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application and will not be approved after submission
• Orientation begins on a Friday; candidates must be in the area in person for badge and ID setup
• Hiring process includes a prescreen interview followed by a final interview with the manager
