POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care settng

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Oregon & WA RN or compact license active
Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK M-F, 8D, 40 GWW

SYSTEMS EPIC charting and experience with Medicaid/Medicare

START DATE 8/24/26
