Job TitleUltrasound Technologist / Sonographer

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday variable schedule with every other weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities- Perform general, small parts, and vascular ultrasound examinations in a hospital radiology department setting
- Operate ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation
- Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging findings per departmental protocols
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance standards
Required Qualifications- BLS certification required
- ARDMS - RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) credential required
- ARDMS - RDMS(AB) OR RDMS(OB/GYN) credential required (candidate must hold at least one in addition to RVT)
- Experience performing general, small parts, and vascular ultrasound studies
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a hospital or acute care radiology department setting
- Familiarity with rotating shift schedules including weekend coverage
- Proficiency with PACS and electronic health record systems
