Description: This position provides mobile ultrasound services. Work activities are performed in various facilities, including nursing homes and home care settings. You will be responsible for traveling to different locations using an automobile. You will perform exams ordered by physicians and obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent images. Ultrasounds will be processed using portable sonographic equipment and digitally sent for interpretation. You must check voice messages and communicate efficiently with dispatch and clients as needed. You will wear the company uniform and follow the dress code. All orders must be checked for accuracy against the patient's chart. You are responsible for ensuring patient identification using two identifiers. Facility staff will assist with patient transfers and positioning. You must maintain a high standard of medical ethics and increase your understanding of the field. All associates are subject to drug screening and background checks. You will be expected to maintain and care for your equipment responsibly. You should possess good organizational skills and have basic smartphone and computer skills. Participation in required meetings and training sessions is necessary.
