Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic ultrasound and sonography procedures within a high-volume acute care hospital setting
- Operate ultrasound equipment to produce quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
- Follow facility scheduling policies, including rotating every other weekend and holidays in rotation with permanent hospital staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with the radiology and clinical team to ensure timely and accurate patient care
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
- Active ARDMS or equivalent certification required
- Experience in a radiology/ultrasound department within an acute care or hospital environment
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including rotating weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel assignment experience in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with high-capacity hospital environments (400+ beds)
- Experience with a broad range of ultrasound modalities including abdominal, vascular, and OB/GYN
