Travel Ultrasound Tech - $2,550 to $2,600 per week in Garner, NC

Provides pre- and post-procedure patient care, including patient assessments and emergency cardiac care (CPR).
Generates ultrasound images of the heart and/or vascular structures.
Ensures equipment is calibrated, maintained, and monitored for quality assurance; troubleshoots and reports issues.
Prepares procedure rooms and equipment and ensures efficient room turnover between procedures.
Monitors and records patient information, maintains data systems, and manages report storage and retrieval.
Enters charge data and prepares reports accurately.
May assist with post-procedure patient transport and provide staff training and education.

Required Education:
-Accredited Associate’s Degree in Sonography, Radiology or a related field.
OR
-Completion of a twelve (12) month ultrasound program.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-BLS
--One of the following is required:
-RDCS certified through ARDMS.
-RCS, ACS and RCCS certified through CCI.
