Required qualifications include registration as a Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS or RCS), at least 1 year of experience, willingness to work at all Heart and Vascular Institute sites, knowledge of aseptic technique and EKG rhythms, EMR proficiency, IV insertion experience for ultrasound imaging enhancement agents and bubble studies, an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited echocardiography program, and BLS certification.
