The position operates in a patient and family-focused clinical environment within a 50-bed community hospital.

Key Responsibilities of the Cardiac Sonographer

• Perform TTE complete with color and doppler
• Utilize ultrasound enhancement agents (UEA) such as Definity/Optison
• Conduct advanced imaging in accordance with ASE/IAC Echo guidelines
• Assist with LV Global Strain, 3D, HOCM, and Agitated Saline Contrast studies

Requirements of the Cardiac Sonographer

• BLS certification
• One of the following: RCS, RDCS, ACS through CCI
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
