Contract | Days | 8- and 12-hour rotating shifts; no self-scheduling. Weekends, holidays, and call required. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 0700-2300, Weekends 0600-1800. Weekday call: 2300-0600; Weekend call: 1800-0600. Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations including OB/GYN, Breast, and Abdominal (ABD) studies
Operate and document within the Epic electronic health records system
Participate in on-call rotation including weekday and weekend call shifts
Float to off-site locations as needed
Adhere to departmental protocols and maintain high standards of patient care and image quality
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years of ultrasound technologist experience required
Active Massachusetts Ultrasound/Sonographer license required prior to start
Proficiency in OB/GYN, Breast, and Abdominal ultrasound modalities required
Epic EMR experience required
Flu vaccination required prior to start
Candidates must have been separated from the hiring health system for 6 or more months and be in good standing to be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a multi-site or health system environment
Comfort with rotating shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and adaptability skills for floating assignments
