Description:
ARDMS certification is mandatory.
AB, OB/GYN, and PS certifications are preferred.
BLS certification is required.
Call and/or weekend coverage may be required depending on departmental needs.
Experience with first, second, and third trimester ultrasound is essential.
Familiarity with various ultrasound procedures is necessary, including but not limited to abdominal aorta, gallbladder, heart, kidneys, prostate, and thyroid scans.
Knowledge of maternal-fetal medicine and high-risk OB is preferred.
Experience with pediatric abdomen/pelvis, NICU, and ambulatory ultrasound is beneficial.
Knowledge of safety and isolation precautions is required.
Experience with a charting system, specifically Cerner, is preferred.
Comprehensive patient care experience across diverse age groups is essential.
Experience working in an interdisciplinary support team environment is preferred.
An on-site drug screen will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
Compliance with travel requirements is necessary.
Flexibility in scheduling, including working some holidays, is expected.
Waiting licenses may be accepted with prior approval, but must be active before the start of employment.
