Candidates must be graduates of an accredited ultrasound program or hold a bachelor's degree. Candidates must be ARDMS credentialed in Abdomen, Client, Pediatric, or MSK. Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification is required. Vascular experience is required, including arterial ultrasounds that encompass bypass grafts and stent experiences. Description: The MFM Diagnostic Sonographer position requires a highly skilled individual capable of performing diagnostic imaging. The role includes floating between two facilities as needed. Shifts will vary, starting between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, and ending between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Weekend work is required approximately every 4 to 6 weeks. The daily caseload for each technician will be around 45 visits per day. Candidates with previous experience will be prioritized. First-time travelers are not accepted for this position. No on-call responsibilities are included in this role. Candidates are expected to meet all necessary facility needs within their scope of practice. Local candidates, defined as those living within 50 miles of the facility, cannot be considered. Finalized requests for time off must be clearly documented before submission. No time off will be permitted during the first week of employment, with a maximum of 10 days of time off allowed during the assignment.
