**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - Trauma Coordinator/PI** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team as a Trauma Coordinator/Performance Improvement (PI) Travel RN. - Work a consistent schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for a rewarding 13-week assignment. - Engage in a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your clinical experience in emergency, critical care, or flight nursing to enhance trauma care. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support and improve trauma program efforts. - Enter and extract data from trauma databases to drive performance improvements. **Qualifications:** - Clinical experience in emergency, critical care, or flight nursing is required. - Previous experience working in a trauma program is preferred. - Familiarity with trauma database systems is a plus. - Commitment to continuing education, with a focus on obtaining TCRN (Trauma Care Registered Nurse) certification preferred. - AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification upon hire; TNCC certification required within 3 months. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant nursing roles. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
