Responsibilities include delegating, assessing, planning, and coordinating patient care activities. The RN will triage both emergent and non-emergent patient calls and messages, utilizing high-level critical thinking and assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage patient calls and messages, providing guidance and support.
• Perform in-office procedures and clinical administrative tasks.
• Interpret complex information and assist patients and families in navigating services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications:

• California RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on cardiac care.
• Experience in ambulatory triage or medical office settings.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
