American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Telemetry Stepdown float position requiring a Maryland or compact RN license and 2+ years of experience.

• 22-bed telemetry unit
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active RN license from the Maryland Board of Nursing or compact license required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start (AHA or ARC accepted)
• ACLS certification preferred (AHA or ARC accepted)
• PALS certification preferred (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care aligned with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure holistic patient outcomes
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate proactively with the medical team
