Description

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN with cardiac and insulin drip experience for a Nursing Float Pool position requiring 2+ years of RN experience.

Details

  • Nursing Float Pool position requiring floating between med surg tele unit (MTSU), cardio-pulmonary step-down unit (CPSU), special progressive care unit, or cardiac observation unit
  • NOC shift schedule (18:45-07:15), 3 x 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Telemetry experience required
  • Cardiac drip and insulin drip experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
  • References must cover 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
