Description

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN with at least 2 years of experience and cardiac/insulin drip expertise for a night shift float pool position.

Details

  • Nursing Float Pool position requiring rotation between med surg tele unit (MTSU), cardio-pulmonary step-down unit (CPSU), special progressive care unit, and cardiac observation unit
  • Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • 13-week assignment

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Telemetry experience required
  • Cardiac drip and insulin drip experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Float between multiple telemetry and step-down units as needed
  • Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
