Job Description: They care for acutely ill patients—often stepping down from intensive care—who need close observation for heart disease or other serious conditions. Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment. Educate patients and families about cardiac health, medications, and discharge instructions. A telemetry nurse is a specialized registered nurse who constantly tracks a patient's vital signs and heart rhythms using automated monitoring equipment like EKGs. Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies and follow appropriate protocols. Job Requirements: 2 years RN Tele experience EMR: Cerner 2 Current Supervisory Professional References NIH stroke trained NIHSS and ACLS Active MI State License
