**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to make a real impact in patient care? - We want passionate Registered Nurses to join our night shift team (7PM - 7AM) as we support patients post cardiac cath and post-surgery. - You will play a crucial role in administering high-risk medications such as: - Cardizem - Heparin - Nitroglycerin - Insulin - Ketamine - Lidocaine drips - Work closely with respiratory patients on NIPPV, including: - BiPAP - AirVo **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age and clinical needs. - Ensure high-quality care in an efficient and safe manner. - Conduct initial assessments and establish patient care priorities. - Re-assess patients systematically to track progress and identify needs for intervention. - Develop and implement measurable, individualized care plans. - Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on evidence and patient outcomes. - Participate in health education and discharge planning for patients and families. - Perform timely interventions and document accordingly. - Engage in Point of Care testing procedures as required. **Requirements:** **Education/Skills:** - Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. - Current knowledge and skills tailored to the patient population served. - Strong communication skills, delivering clear and concise messages appropriate for patient age groups. **Experience:** - Newly hired nurses with two or less years of experience will start at CN I status. - Candidates with additional relevant experience or certifications may be eligible for higher clinical ladder levels. **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:** - Current New Mexico RN license or a current Compact state license. - Current BLS certification. - Current ACLS certification. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
