HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.

Now Hiring: Travel RN – Telemetry | Greensburg, PA
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Days & Nights
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Previous travel nursing experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Cerner charting experience required
Community hospital experience preferred
No local candidates accepted
Unit Details:
25-bed cardiac and medical telemetry unit
Average daily census: 24 patients
Patient ratio: 1:5
Adult patient population
Up to 2 time-off requests for consideration
Preferred Clinical Experience:
Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management
Cardiac drips, including Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Heparin
Post-cardiac catheterization and post-MI care
TAVR, MitraClip, TriClip, and Watchman procedures
Respiratory care, including BiPAP/CPAP and high-flow oxygen
Central lines, PICC lines, and wound care
Additional Information:
Rotating day and night shifts
Flu vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions considered
COVID-19 vaccination not required
