Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Telemetry Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for RNs who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting. With a focus on nephrology telemetry, you will work night shifts, ensuring that patients receive the best possible monitoring and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of telemetry nursing experience preferred; first-timers accepted.
  • Certifications: BCLS and NIH required.
  • Weekend requirement: 2 shifts every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
  • Must float within scope to meet facility needs.
  • Pending license accepted.

This position is for a night shift, working three 12-hour shifts per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 hours for 3-12s. The facility has a total of 233 staffed beds and utilizes EPIC for charting. Scrub color is navy, and there is no parking cost.
