# Join Our Dynamic Team as a Trauma Tele RN! ## Job Description - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Unit:** A4W Trauma Tele - **Shift:** 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM ### About Us - Mission Hospital is recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals for clinical quality. - We are the region’s referral center for Level II trauma, comprehensive stroke care, and neonatal intensive care. ### Unit Information - **Number of Beds:** 36 - **Staff:** 50+ dedicated professionals - **Day Shift Staffing:** - 1 Charge RN - 8 RNs - 3 CNAs - 1 Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - 1-2 Sitters - **Patient Ratios:** 1 RN to 5/6 patients - **Night Shift Staffing:** - 1 Charge RN - 7 RNs - 3 CNAs - 0.5 HUC - 1-2 Sitters - **Patient Ratios:** 1 RN to 6/7 patients ### Equipment & Technology - Medical remote telemetry monitoring - Cerner Patient Observation (CPO) - VC150 monitors in every patient room - Workstations on wheels - Tap and Go technology for easy documentation ### Ideal Candidate Profile - **Must Have:** - BLS certification - Experience in Medical Telemetry - **Preferred:** - Leadership experience - Charge Nurse experience - BSN degree ### Best Personality Fit - Hard-working and compassionate - Team-oriented with a passion for patient care - Enjoys a fast-paced environment ### Floating Areas - Med-Surge: 3W, 5W, K8 (sister units) ### Dress Code - Scrubs: Navy Blue top and bottom, or all white attire ### Required Commitment - Sign up for 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) --- ### Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
