**Exciting Travel RN Opportunity - Telemetry Unit!** Job Description: - Join a dynamic team on a **Medical Unit (636)** - **Location:** Wichita, KS - **Shift:** 7A - 7P **Unit Highlights:** - **Number of Beds:** 17 - **Staffing:** 12 dedicated professionals - **Day Shift:** 3-4 RNs and 2 Patient Care Techs - **Night Shift:** 3-4 RNs and 2 Patient Care Techs - **Patient Ratios:** 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients (estimated, not guaranteed) **Equipment and Technology:** - Utilize advanced medical equipment, including PCA Pumps, IV pumps, and Chest Tubes - Experience with Meditech EMR for efficient workflow **Essential Qualifications:** - **Must Have:** - Minimum 1-year current Telemetry hospital experience - BLS and ACLS certifications - **Preferred:** - Experience in large trauma facilities - Familiarity with Meditech **Typical Procedures Include:** - Central line insertions - Medication drips - Heart Cath recovery - Bubble studies **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Positive attitude and engaging demeanor - Independent with strong critical thinking skills **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
