Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN)

Location

Rocky Mount, NC | Telemetry / Stepdown Unit

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinically competent nursing care to patients on a Telemetry/Stepdown unit
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
  • Administer and manage cardiac drip infusions as ordered
  • Float to additional units (including COVID unit) as needed based on census and staffing
  • Complete neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS per protocol

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Telemetry experience required
  • Cardiac drip experience required
  • Basic Arrhythmia certification required (minimum passing score of 85%)
  • NIHSS certification required (annually)
  • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with Epic electronic health record system
  • Prior experience in a Stepdown or progressive care setting
