Pay Range: $1,715.42 – $2,018.14 per week
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry for an 8-week travel assignment in Marysville, CA. In this role, you will monitor, interpret, and manage cardiac rhythms for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, delivering high-quality clinical care in a dynamic hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor, read, and interpret cardiac rhythm strips and telemetry data for assigned unit patients.
- Identify significant changes in cardiac status or dysrhythmias and intervene promptly following established protocols.
- Administer cardiovascular medications, IV drips, and perform regular patient assessments.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, cardiologists, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care, cardiac wellness, and medication compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience in a Telemetry or Step-Down unit setting.
- Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
