Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina.

Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – General Surgery / Telemetry

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care on a General Surgery unit with telemetry monitoring capabilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for post-surgical and telemetry patients
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry findings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
  • Experience in General Surgery and/or Telemetry nursing
  • Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior travel nursing experience
  • Familiarity with telemetry monitoring equipment and cardiac rhythm interpretation
  • Experience in a high-acuity acute care or surgical environment
