Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring CA RN licensure and ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

  • Work in the Observation Unit within the Telemetry department
  • Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
  • 13-week assignment length
  • No blocked scheduling permitted

Requirements

  • Active CA RN license required
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum 3 years of telemetry nursing experience required

Additional Information

  • Provide telemetry-level patient monitoring and care within the observation unit
  • Maximum of 5 days RTO permitted
  • Facility maintains a strict dress code: no facial hair, acrylic nails, unnatural hair colors, or visible piercings other than earrings; all tattoos must be covered; earrings may not extend beyond the earlobe or be hoops
  • Local candidates accepted at the standard bill rate
  • Previous staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
