Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN with 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency for a Telemetry Unit night shift assignment.

Details

• Telemetry Unit within a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment on night shift (19:00-07:30)
• Every other weekend required, though every 3rd weekend may be considered
• Every other holiday required
• May need to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active RN license (WI or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification through the AHA
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Provide medical/surgical nursing care to telemetry patients
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager 45 days before assignment end date
• Local candidates accepted, though a reduced rate may apply based on facility radius rules
