Job Requirements

• Active RN license in hand at the time of submission
• At least 2 years of Med/Surg Tele, telemetry nursing, or related acute care experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency with Epic charting required
• Strong skills in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and medical-surgical patient care
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult and geriatric Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor telemetry, assess patients, and respond to changes in condition promptly
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support ongoing treatment plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Float to units of equal acuity as needed to support patient care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow unit workflows
• Use strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills to thrive in a travel RN assignment
