Description

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN for night shift coverage with 2+ years of experience and Tele or Observation Unit level care.

Details

  • Work in the Telemetry unit, with some positions in the Observation Unit requiring tele-level care
  • Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:00)
  • Float to telemetry as needed for those with tele experience

Requirements

  • Active FL or compact RN license in hand
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
  • Telemetry experience preferred
  • Epic or Cerner charting experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Provide nursing care to telemetry and tele-level observation patients
  • Holiday time off available for Christmas and/or New Year's week, as well as Thanksgiving week
  • RTO limited to no more than 10 days, with no RTO during the first or last week of the assignment
  • Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
  • Former permanent staff must be separated for 12 months before returning as a traveler
  • First-time travelers may be considered for this role
