Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position, working 36-48 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic software and be capable of floating between Medical Surgical (MS) and Telemetry units as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with best practices and established protocols.
- Utilize Epic software for patient documentation and communication.
- Float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units to meet staffing needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or equivalent is required.
Work Environment
This position requires the ability to adapt to varying patient care settings and conditions throughout the night shifts. The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patients in our care.
