Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; 2 years of clinical experience; oncology certification (ONS Certification or OCN); American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to hang complex chemotherapy medications; competent in administering chemotherapy and understanding of oncology protocols
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records and demonstration of competency in chemotherapy administration in a remote setting
- Additional Information: Candidates must complete all chemo modules prior to deployment to the nursing unit; training includes an 8-hour didactic session plus 2 days of chemo hang with a unit oncology nurse. The role emphasizes clinical expertise in oncology and remote patient support.
