Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nursing position in a Magnet and Level I Trauma Center. This role involves providing specialized care to adult patients requiring telemetry monitoring and step-down care. The position is scheduled for day shifts with a start date of 10/12/2026 and an end date of 01/11/2027.

Job Details

  • Shift: Days, 12 hours
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS and BLS; 2 years of healthcare experience; experience working with telemetry units and managing cardiac drips; location within a 75-mile radius is not accepted; pending license accepted; no more than 7 days of requested time off per 13-week contract.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Magnet or teaching hospital environment, and cardiac telemetry experience.
  • Float: All travelers will float within service line.
  • Additional Information:
    • Daily census of approximately 32 patients.
    • Experience with cardiac procedures such as cardioversion, ablation, echocardiogram, and cardiac MRI/CT.
    • Skill requirements include managing ports, blood product administration, interpreting dysrhythmias, managing cardiac and vasoactive drips, and use of specialized equipment.
    • On-call not required.
    • Orientation hours: 24.
    • Agency must confirm shift and ensure all compliance deadlines are met.
    • Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing, and modules must be completed before start date.
