Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse, Telemetry, La Jolla This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a telemetry unit with a focus on adult patient populations. The role requires flexibility to float among multiple locations within the healthcare organization during the contract period.
Job Details
- Certification, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active California state license, minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience, and at least 1 year of recent MS/Tele experience.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. A four-week schedule will be provided two weeks in advance; shifts are 3x12 with no blocked scheduling.
- Responsibilities include caring for adult patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs, documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Certifications: Must have current healthcare provider licenses and certifications as required for telemetry nursing, including BLS and additional unit-specific certifications.
- Schedule details: Shifts start on 01/04/2027 and end on 04/05/2027, with a unique RTO policy limiting to a maximum of 7 days of RTO during the entire 13-week contract, and no RTO allowed in the first 21 days of assignment.
- Submission requirements: Valid CA license, two manager references, and confirmation of float capability.
