Job Details
- Position Description: Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others.
- Certifications/Education Requirement: NYS RN License, BLS, ACLS, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred; associate degree considered with relevant experience), minimum 2 years RN experience, 1 year travel experience preferred.
- Location Requirements: En_US.
- Experience Requirement: 0 years minimum.
- Schedule: Days shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, minimum 34.5 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Performs charge nurse duties, coordinates supplies and staff, participates in quality improvement activities, and supports clinical development.
- Required Skills: Patient education, patient care, critical thinking, patient assessment, interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry nursing experience, EPIC electronic medical record experience.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be licensed in NY, CPR certified, and hold ACLS certification.
