Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) nurse position in the Chicago, Illinois area. This role involves providing specialized patient care within the telemetry unit, with scheduled night shifts. The position offers a temporary assignment lasting approximately three months, suitable for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with background in telemetry and a commitment to delivering quality care.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 36 hours weekly
  • Required Qualifications: RN Illinois license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); minimum 0 years of experience, with 3+ years of telemetry experience preferred; past traveler experience is a plus; candidates must submit a resume, skills, two references, active certifications, and license credentials prior to start.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of telemetry experience.
  • Additional Information: This role requires the nurse to float to other medical-surgical/telemetry units as needed. The initial orientation will be on the unit, lasting six hours. The contract length is 8 weeks, beginning on 10/04/2026, with a scheduled end date of 01/24/2027. No on-call responsibilities are involved.
