Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients. Candidates must be able to manage a 6:1 patient ratio and be proficient in using MEDHOST EMR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document patient vitals and telemetry data
• Coordinate with healthcare team for comprehensive patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Float as required among departments

Requirements:

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1+ year of MS/Tele/Ortho experience
• Experience with both pediatric and geriatric patients
• Dark Navy Blue scrubs
