Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
Description:
As a Stepdown RN, you will provide critical care to patients transitioning from intensive care. Your role involves monitoring patients' vitals, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in cardiac care and experience a supportive workplace that values communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN IMCU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Must be able to titrate Cardizem, Nitro, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Heparin drips
• Insulin drips are set-rate only; no sedation drips
• May float to ICU as helping hands
• EPIC experience required
• Active PA or Multistate RN License required
