**Join Our Team as a Night Telemetry RN!** **Job Description:** - Shape the future of healthcare as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. - Immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your skills will shine. - Work with patients recovering from cardiac procedures and managing critical medications. - Provide care for respiratory patients on advanced therapies like NIPPV (BiPAP, AirVo). **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and implement individualized patient care, ensuring excellence in every detail. - Conduct thorough initial assessments and prioritize care based on patient needs. - Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and necessary interventions. - Develop and execute a measurable, personalized care plan within established time frames. - Make informed nursing decisions and modify care plans based on patient feedback and evaluations. - Engage with patients and their families in health education and discharge planning. - Document timely interventions and perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed. **Requirements:** - Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing. - Current knowledge and skills relevant to the age/type of patient population served. - A clear and compassionate communicator, sensitive to patients' rights. - Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license. - Valid BLS and ACLS certifications. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
