• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 3x12 pattern
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: As assigned, with limited holiday RTO considered
• Floating: Required

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Virginia or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry / Med-Surg nursing experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Cardiac experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced acute care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult acute care and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support the plan of care
• Administer medications, complete assessments, and document accurately in EPIC
• Support patient flow and flexibility by floating to appropriate units when needed
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, communication, and clinical excellence
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment during night shift operations
