Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winchester, Virginia.
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2215.96
Opportunity:
RN - Tele/Med Surg
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM (3x12s)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Every other weekend and holiday requirement
• No on-call requirements
• Must be able to float to other units within the float pool
• Minimum 2+ years of Telemetry/Med Surg experience required
• Must have previous travel experience - no block scheduling will be accommodated
• Up to 3 days pre-approved time off available as long as it is not during a holiday
• Cardiac experience required
• Specialty areas include Cardiac, Float Pool, Med Surg, and Telemetry
• Patient ratio averages 1:7 (not guaranteed)
• Must be proficient with EPIC EMR
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), NIH, and VA State License or Compact
• Scrub color: Navy Blue, dress code per facility policy

This healthcare facility is a 495-bed acute care hospital designated as a Level II Trauma Center and has earned an "A" grade in Patient Safety for 9 consecutive years. The facility operates a Float Pool/Surge unit with at least 30 beds per unit and utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system.
