Job Title: Patient Care Technician

Location: Portland, OR

Duration: 13 weeks

Daily Responsibilities:
Assists as needed in providing or assisting geriatric participants/residents with personal care including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal support and supervision.
Schedules and coordinates tasks to be performed by other PCTs, in cooperation with other housing and clinic staff.
Participates in participant/resident orientation to the ElderPlace facility
Provides input and information for service/care plans
