Specializing in pediatric and NICU sleep studies, this role requires an experienced professional capable of conducting detailed polysomnographic, titration, and multiple sleep latency tests. Key Responsibilities of the Polysomnographic Technologist- Perform quality diagnostic polysomnographic, titration, multiple sleep latency, and maintenance of wakefulness tests
- Record and provide accurate data to physicians for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep/wake disorders
- Utilize computerized charting with EPIC and natus software for sleep studies
- Collaborate with adult sleep techs to maintain a safe and effective working environment
Requirements of the Polysomnographic Technologist- BLS certification (AHA)
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) via BRPT or AASM
- ND state license, or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric and/or NICU sleep study experience
