Shifts:- 1st Shift: M-F 9am-5pm / every other weekend & 9am-5pm
- 1st Shift: M-F 11am-7:30pm / every other weekend 9am-5pm
Seven Healthcare are seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians for an onsite contract-to-hire position in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role involves working under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist in a dynamic pharmacy setting, focusing on prescription preparation, IV preparation, and maintaining inventory standards, among other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician- Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
- Enter data into the system for prescription filling and reimbursement processes
- Prepackage medication for dispensing according to standards and regulations
- Assist Pharmacists in checking and packaging filled prescriptions for delivery
- Maintain inventory practices, including incoming medication management and inventory checks
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment, including equipment cleanliness and safety checks
Requirements of the Pharmacy Technician- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Valid Pharmacy Technician certification/licensure as required by the state
