Job Details:
- Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

- Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of the Surgical Technology program or an accredited LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse)/LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program, BLS certification (American Heart Association only), Certified Surgical Technologist license or LVN/LPN license, 2 or more years of operating room experience, actual experience in open heart surgery highly preferred
- Additional Information: The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in scrub techniques within multiple surgical specialties including but not limited to Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Titanium Ribs, and Robotics. Responsibilities include maintaining sterile fields, assisting with surgical instruments, preparing operative areas, and ensuring safety and infection control standards are met. Experience working with CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) is required. Candidates must adhere to universal barrier precautions and facility protocols for sterilization, decontamination, and patient safety.
